Privacy request
Last updated September 1, 2026
California's privacy law, the CCPA, gives rights to customers of businesses that meet certain size tests. Understicker doesn't meet those tests today, so the law doesn't require this of us. We give everyone the right to ask what personal information we hold about them, and to have it deleted or corrected, anyway, wherever they live. We don't sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. This form is how you ask us.
What we hold
Before you fill it in, it may save you time to know what we actually hold. We have no accounts and no advertising trackers; when you simply read the site, what we record is a one-way hash of your network address and browser, and we cannot turn it back into you. What we can find is what you sent us yourself: a message from a company page, or a newsletter subscription. The privacy policy sets this out in full.
